Visited the branch in Bad Homburg this evening. Shortly after ordering, I decided to buy a little more. If I had known the trouble the poor salesman had to go through, I would of course not have done that. After all, he had to use the cash register again. So the whole action took a whole 2 seconds longer. That justifies his totally annoyed manner. So, sorry again that I bought something from you. Never happens again. Incredibly underground service in case you didn't get the irony.

Such great bread (which is our favorite bread), super nice salespeople, but simply way too expensive "air rolls". Two out of four Huckis are hollow inside (photo attached). That annoys me immensely. This has nothing to do with a solid bakery trade! The baker's guild needn't be surprised when customers go to the discounter. Give the dough time to rise, otherwise your customers will sooner or later leave.

Makes a very good impression. Cozy dining area. Nice and attentive staff. Plenty of choice in baked goods and freshly made. Hope to be able to eat inside again soon.

Most of the time there are very unfriendly employees there. Hardly understand anything. You order something completely different and get something completely different. The sandwiches are rock hard although you have to pay so much for them.

The nicest cafe in the center of Bad Homburg (for me). Good pastries and very friendly service. In these times, however, compliance with the hygiene regulations, which are treated very superficially almost everywhere, is extremely commendable. The tables are occupied with sufficient space and are cleaned and disinfected immediately after the guests leave. That's exactly what I haven't seen for a long time and I treat myself to a visit to the bakery / cafe almost every day. It should also be mentioned that the registration form is presented and masks are worn.

Unassuming café from the outside, nice to sit in the back, drink coffee and chat. Stylish and cozy, small snacks, delicious small cakes! Service friendly, but could have been more attentive. Recommended for a little break while shopping

This is definitely my favorite place here. I was there for the first time today. Got rolls and something sweet. A dream!! Incredibly delicious! I will definitely be back.

Very tasty baked goods, especially the grain rolls and the focaccia. The staff is a little too trimmed to up-sell, otherwise everything is fine!

I would recommend it as a café. However, the card was significantly better at the time of opening. It gives the impression that the owner is resting on the once very good reputation. Nevertheless, you can have breakfast here and drink a delicious coffee. Tip: bread with butter and bread spices. Just ask;)

Fast and friendly service. The cheesecake in small was delicious. The white coffee too. It's nice to watch the goings-on in front of the Kurhaus over coffee and cake.

I asked kindly whether the action with the drinks also applies to the pieces. Thereupon came a very unfriendly answer from the staff that this would not work but only with the sandwiches. I think it's okay if you "only" offer such "combos". Because another no-go if you get such an unfriendly answer to a polite question. I didn't feel welcome as a customer, but rather as a nuisance. Will not visit this bakery again. Completely solid with the baked goods. Some very tasty. Even if the price is a bit higher.

You are not served even though you sit inside and are told that someone is about to come. Hardly anything going on and still waiting very long !! Then I went to the front and ordered something - I have never seen such an unfriendly and cheeky employee !!!!!

So far actually been satisfied with the visits. We were back today and the service was underground. There was little activity and the only waiter had no need to clear the table or take an order. Instead, other guests were given priority and cleaned up outside. People passed us several times. I have never experienced such arrogance as a guest.

I wanted to order two sandwiches and drinks. After I ordered the rolls I was asked to wait with my order until he packed them up. When I wanted to order the drinks, I was pretty rudely informed that I should have said this beforehand. I then selected drinks on the action card and was told that this was not possible because they were not included in the action. This too in a not exactly polite tone. The rolls were delicious in the end, but at least they don't know how to treat a paying customer.

A quick take away concept based with limited options in comparison to what a typical bakery chain offers. Moreover, the cup cake I had was stale. Even the pastries are too sugary based. You may also sit inside in a cosy environment, smell and drink a coffee and connect to free WiFi. Nevertheless, the WiFi connectivity speed is pretty slow and literally die whenever trying making a voice call. Service is optimal (depending upon how many people are working on that particular day).

We bought pretzels today and they were old. We felt mistreated and abused just because we are foreigners. Our german friends were appalled with the pretzels that were sold to us - probably from yesterday. Disgusting.

Our best coffee & snack place in Bad Homburg. Wonderful menu with great variety of snacks, sandwiches & freshly baked treats. Good service & WiFi with cosy and welcoming atmosphere. We love it!

the bread and coffee in here always make me feel better. they have the amazing best choco croassiant. especially coffee is totally different to some other cafe. i recommend Americano.
